Private Pilates
More time to discuss your goals, previous experience and preferred learning pace with an instructor.

Private Pilates
A private session allows more time to discuss one participant’s experience, explain movements and agree on a comfortable learning pace. It can be one way to become familiar with the method and equipment, ask detailed questions and describe your expectations. The word private does not guarantee quality by itself. Instructor training, clear communication and the structure of the meeting still matter. Before choosing a package, ask how the introductory session actually works.
Private instruction does not automatically mean a medical assessment or rehabilitation service. This introduction does not provide a personal exercise plan. Ask the Inspire team whether private sessions are currently available, who teaches them and which equipment is used. Check whether an introductory conversation is included in the price, how long a package remains valid and how visits can be rescheduled. A concept photograph does not confirm a studio programme.
Questions before booking
- How does the first visit work and is an introductory conversation included?
- Who teaches the session and where can I learn about their Pilates training?
- What are the package validity, cancellation and rescheduling terms?
